Purchase prices in Phnom Penh vary significantly by property type. The following ranges are indicative of the 2024–2025 market:
- Condominiums (strata title): Entry-level condos are priced at approximately USD 1,500–2,200 per sqm, making Phnom Penh one of the most affordable capital-city condo markets in Southeast Asia (source: IPS Cambodia, 2025).
