Remoters connects people moving abroad with a property hunter who already lives there. We do not publish listings and we are not an estate agency. We are the network that finds you someone who does this for a living, in the city you are moving to.
To let anyone settling in a country they don't know find a real home, on real terms, without being there.
That is all of it, and it is already a great deal. Because from a distance, almost everything works against you.
No listings site solves this, because the problem is not seeing the offers. The problem is being there.
We have built a network of 250 independent property hunters, present in more than 220 cities across more than 60 countries. They are local professionals. They know their market, speak the language, understand their country's tenancy law, and know how to put together an application a local landlord will accept.
When you hand us your search, we assign the hunter whose city and experience match your plans. They search, visit, filter, negotiate, check the lease and stay with you until the keys change hands. You do not have to pick one yourself: knowing who, among us, is right for your situation is our job.
The average time between starting an assignment and signing is 25 days.
We work on rentals and on purchases, for individuals, international students, and companies relocating their staff.
A network is only worth what the people in it are worth.
Every hunter is checked before joining: identity, professional status, and real experience in the city they cover.
We then follow what happens on each assignment. Response time, number of properties presented, outcome of the search, client feedback. A hunter who does not hold the standard stops receiving requests. A place in the network is not a given.

We publish all of those reviews on the site, the bad ones included, with our replies. We remove none and we hand-pick none. It is the only honest way to let you judge.

For rentals, the fee is settled before the assignment starts and the funds are held in escrow until it ends. For purchases, a deposit covers the search phase, and the bulk of the fee falls due only when the deal closes.
