Purchase prices in Frankfurt vary considerably by property type, size, and condition. The following ranges are based on market data reported for 2024–2025.
- Studio and small apartments (up to 40 m²): New-build units start from approximately 285,000 EUR; existing stock in mid-range districts typically ranges from 200,000 EUR to 350,000 EUR depending on location and condition (source: Investropa, June 2025).
- 2-room apartments (40–65 m²): Broadly in the range of 300,000 EUR to 600,000 EUR across the city, with premium central locations reaching the upper end and beyond.
- 3–4 room apartments (65–120 m²): New-build developments list most units between 400,000 EUR and 1,500,000 EUR; existing properties in good locations typically range from 450,000 EUR to 900,000 EUR (source: Investropa, June 2025).
