Purchase prices in Bali vary significantly by property type, size, location, and ownership structure. The figures below are indicative market ranges based on available 2025 data and should be verified against current listings.
- Apartments / condominiums: The most accessible entry point for foreign buyers under Hak Milik Satuan Rumah Susun (strata title). Compact apartments command approximately USD 2,600–3,520 per sqm.
