- Studios and one-bedroom apartments — Entry-level coastal apartments start from approximately €150,000 EUR in less tourist-driven coastal towns. Well-located one-bedroom units in established resort areas typically range from €200,000 to €400,000 EUR.
- Two-bedroom apartments — The most actively traded segment. In good Lagos locations, a newer two-bedroom apartment of 90–110 m² is priced at approximately €455,000 EUR.
