- Water and sanitation: Water pressure, condition of taps and shower, functioning of the toilet, and drainage.
- Furnished equipment (if applicable): Inventory and condition of all furniture and appliances included in the rent.
- Common areas: Condition of stairwells, entrance hall, letterboxes, and bin storage areas.
- Outdoor access: Balcony, courtyard, or garden if included; condition and safety.
- Neighbourhood context: Noise levels, proximity to amenities, and access to the Evalys bus network.
