Moving to Dublin with a baby and a cat in January 2024, we contacted Manue in mid-November. Despite the difficulty in finding a pet-friendly apartment within a fairly tight budget, Manue found us a rare gem in record time. She didn't give up on the case despite a somewhat complex file (notably French work contracts, and of course the cat), kept us very regularly informed without us having to ask her to, managed all the exchanges with the agency from start to finish, reviewed the contracts with us, advised us when we had to communicate directly. Even after we got the keys, she was still present to help resolve a few issues and advise us on the next steps. Plus, Manue is Franco-Irish: the big plus for us was the ease of expressing our search criteria and the various cultural subtleties. The best experience I've ever had with an agency. I was looking for a place for months until I finally came across Remoters - the website is super organized and user-friendly, they have people based all over the world who know the housing market and have good connections. After months of unsuccessful searching for a place in the German capital, it literally took me 5 minutes to fill out the Remoters form, immediately after which I received a confirmation email with the agent's contact information. 20 minutes later Florence (the agent) called me, 30 minutes later and I had my first offer. The following week, I signed the contract. Need I say more? Maybe if there was a better way to spend my money, it was probably this one.
